Deer Management Plan

The Ardentown Public Works and Safety Committee formed an Ad-Hoc Ardens Deer Management Committee with representatives from all 3 Ardens, who have been meeting to address deer management in the Ardens.

12/14/25: Thank you for your support of our recent Ardentown deer management efforts. A successful event was held December 6th and 7th, 2025, and the Sunnyside Tract was closed off during that time – with signs and caution tape at all entrances. The Sunnyside Tract has since been opened and will remain open to visitors. A report will be made at the February 2026 Ardentown town meeting.
